Las Vegas-based R&B singer JR Castro is aiming for video of the year honors with his new short film for his buzzing single, "Get Home," featuring Quavo and Kid Ink. The short film, which was directed by Marc Klasfeld, who has previously worked with Jay ZJustin Timberlake, and more, is set in Vegas, and is seen through Castro's own eyes as deals with his troubled past coming back to haunt him, and the actions he must take to save the woman he loves at all costs.

The action-packed short film really has it all: with gun-blazing shoot outs to fast-paced car chases and strip club adventures, and to top it off, Castro's infectious, DJ Mustard-produced single sets the mood for the entire experience. Castro isn't even close to slowing down either, as he just released his latest track, "M.O.B.," with Pusha T last week.

"I looked at it like this, you only have one chance to make a first impression. One chance to rep my city and show where I am from... Everyone is expecting the normal video with cars, paid for models and fur coats... I'm trying to elevate the creative. To constantly think outside the box... I'm a big Quentin Tarantino and video game fan so I combined the two mediums and presented a stimulating piece of fiction. I hope you enjoy"
