When we started pushing Wave Racer's cause this time last year, I don't think even we knew what would come. Since then the Aussie has taken his Nintendo-inspired neon-styled futuristic bass music around the world and more. Though of course Wave Racer wasn't the first to really harvest video game soundtrack hallmarks for his own musical endeavors (HudMo and Rustie have certainly been on that train), his style has been the latest to stick. Now Toronto's PUSHER has taken on that style himself and put his own track out in the form of "Islands, Waves, Caves, & Skies." The track has Yoshi samples and the same happy-go-lucky and deliriously happy vibe that has positioned the neon sound for a breakout summer in 2014.
