Miley Cyrus has been causing controversy with some of the props and stage setups she has used during her Bangerz tour. One of these items happens to be a slide that is designed in the shape of a tongue that protrudes from a picture of Miley's face. This slide is now the source of a new lawsuit.

Charles Sarris, one of the men who built this slide, has sued ShowFX, Inc., the company who hired him to build it. Sarris claims that he was injured while making the slide due to the failure of equipment and tools that he was provided, and that ShowFX, Inc. failed to adequately inform him about the potential danger involved. He is seeking unspecified damages in return.

It is worth noting that Miley herself is not being sued. The Bangerz tour heads to San Antonio tonight before consecutive dates in Houston.
