Jay Z celebrates his 44th birthday by honoring the late-great Pimp C with a remix of "Tom Ford" from his latest album Magna Carta Holy Grail. Pimp C tragically passed on December 4, 2007, the same day as Hov's birthday, but not before leaving behind a legacy that will stand the test of time. Jay Z and Pimp C have a history together, namely "Big Pimpin,'" which also featured UGK's other half Bun B. "Big Pimpin'" was a landmark moment in the late-90s, becoming one of the first records that connected rappers from the East Coast and the South.
