Well, look at that; earlier today, we posted an Avicii track that may or may not feature Lana Del Rey (and may or may not be on his album), and now we get word that he's posted an hour-long promo mix, containing even more music from his album. Listening to tracks like the work with Aloe Blacc, it definitely merges the word of guitar strumming and EDM, and while we're not sure this will please anyone who was hating on it, it's definitely a logical step that SOMEONE had to take if dance music is to seep deeper into the mainstream. Listen to this and get a solid picture of where Avicii's going in 2013 (or whenever the hell the new project will be out).
On a side-note, if you go to the actual SoundCloud page for this mix, you'll notice something different: Avicii's got the dope background picture for his Sound. This is part of the new "Pro Profile" experience, and apparently Avicii is the seventh person to get this.
