Azealia Banks is making power moves. After a positive reception from her Coachella performance last weekend -- it was also her first concert in the U.S. -- she is now being represented by Lady Gaga’s manager Troy Carter.
The up-and-coming Harlem native parted ways with indie label XL Recordings several years ago and recently inked a deal with Interscope. Her debut full-length album, Broke With Expensive Taste, is expected to drop in September. This is nothing but good news for the 20-year-old, who has been on a constant rise since “212” became viral.
