In a Twitter exchange between Elliott Wilson and Def Jam's Shawn Pecas, it was revealed that Asher Roth is officially part of the Def Jam team. He's still under the Universal umbrella, but we'll see how being on the iconic label will affect his output. Before the new album, which is scheduled for a 2012 release, Ash will drop the Pabst and Jazz tape next month.
