At around 10:30 p.m. EST, just as a Donald Trump presidency was beginning to look likely, a whole bunch of people began thinking about leaving for Canada. The flood of folks trying to find out how to go up North was large enough that the Canadian government's immigration website crashed, according to Business Insider. It has worked only intermittently since then, and was still down as of press time, nearly three hours later.
People on Twitter were quick to notice the outage.
