Shake Shack is making its way to Canada.
In 2024, the American burger chain will open its first Canadian location in Toronto with plans to expand to 35 locations in the country by 2035.

“We have been eyeing this incredible opportunity in Canada for quite some time and are elated to have found exceptional partners to serve Shack classics and bespoke Canada-exclusive items to our sophisticated neighbors to the north,” Michael Kark, Chief Global Licensing Officer of Shake Shack said in a press release. “Together with Osmington Inc. and Harlo Entertainment, we plan to open 35 Shacks in Canada by 2035 starting with the flagship location in Toronto in 2024. We can’t wait to be a part of the city’s bustling energy and innovative food scene.”
The menu will include Shake Shack’s signature meals such as the ShackBurger, Chicken Shack, its crinkle-cut fries, beer, wine, and frozen custard.
Shake Shack has yet to reveal when it will open its Toronto location, nor has it disclosed its precise location.
