Halloween is officially upon us, which means costumes, fake blood, bags of candy, and celebratory Twitter hashtags are out in full force to mark the day. One in particular, #MyOuijaBoard, received major pickup with tweeters hypothesizing about hilarious Ouija board messages (that or people have some damn funny ghosts in their midst).

The Ouija board game (er, totally legitimate spirit communication device) that most people know and love today was patented in 1891, and has since become a favorite in households across the United States and the world. To celebrate Halloween and remember what it was like to think Ouija boards had supernatural abilities, here are some of the best tweets from #MyOuijaBoardSaid.
