On October 15, the highly anticipated cognac collection from Hennessy and LeBron James will hit Australian shelves.
The Hennessy Limited Editions by LeBron James collection, featuring V.S (Very Special) and V.S.O.P (Very Superior Old Pale) cognacs, was announced yesterday, with its Australian debut slated for mid-October.
Reflecting on the collaboration, LeBron shared, "As an admirer of Hennessy and its iconic brand, I’ve always appreciated its commitment to basketball and how it celebrates the sport’s influence on and off the court.
"Visiting the Maison in Cognac and witnessing the craftsmanship firsthand was incredible. This collaboration represents a shared dedication to excellence, brought to life for everyone to enjoy."
With their bold and vibrant designs, the limited-edition bottles feature a portrait of LeBron in purple and orange, nodding to his influence on and off the court. The iconic Hennessy Bras Armé emblem has been reimagined for this collaboration, featuring a sleeve and LeBron's signature crown.
Hennessy CEO Laurent Boillot also spoke on the partnership. "Hennessy is proud to collaborate with LeBron James. He is a legend who continuously pushes boundaries in sport, style, and culture. This limited-edition [collection] celebrates our shared values, mutual respect, and drive for excellence," he said.
The cognac collection will be available in Australia from October 15. The V.S edition will be sold at Dan Murphy's nationwide, while the V.S.O.P edition will be available via Qantas Online. An exclusive cocktail, the official Henny-Rita by LeBron James, will launch at Sporting Globe venues across Australia on October 14.
