A 21-year-old’s video of her boyfriend not texting her back has gone viral—and it was a complete joke.

Paulina Ramirez made the video when her boyfriend, 21-year-old George Giron, didn’t respond to her text message when the two made plans to eat out, Buzzfeed News reports.

George fell asleep while they were texting. “He was only asleep for an hour, but I got bored and decided to make a video that might make him chuckle,” she told Buzzfeed News.

He eventually woke up and thought it was funny, according to Ramirez. She also explained that she didn’t intend to share the trailer online, but when she did share it on Twitter, it went viral within hours.

While some thought she was a crazy girlfriend, she assured it was only a joke. “I think people like it so much because it’s relatable. But some people have taken it way too seriously [and ] they think I’m some possessive, lunatic girlfriend,” she said. “It was honestly just a joke.”

However, she started getting work offers through her Twitter direct messages. “I’ve actually had some people message me wanting to pay me to edit videos for them,” she said, adding, “I don’t have any knowledge on how to edit videos or anything of that sort… I am the least tech-savvy person I know—it was all just an iMovie template.”

Her “true passion” is psychology and social work, which she’s studying at California State University, Fresno. Still, she’s open to other options. “Maybe I’ll consider it if I get more [work],” she said.
