No one kicks off a lethargic Monday morning better than No. 45. Donald Trump warmed up his Twitter fingers bright and early, kicking off the week with a tweet about Russia/James Comey/Collusion/Dems and best of all, smocks!
Check it out:
In the apparently unlikely circumstance the tweet gets deleted (it's been up for over three hours at the time of this writing), the text reads: "'Democrats can’t find a Smocking Gun tying the Trump campaign to Russia after James Comey’s testimony. No Smocking Gun...No Collusion.' @FoxNews That’s because there was NO COLLUSION. So now the Dems go to a simple private transaction, wrongly call it a campaign contribution,..."
Obviously Trump was trying to to say "smoking gun," but instead wrote "smocking gun" not once, but two times in the same tweet. What is a smocking gun? Well...
Trump's latest Twitter typo set people ablaze with various reactions, ranging from amusing puns to sheer terror that our president might not know how to spell the word "smoking." They're all found under the convenient viral tag #SmockingGun.
In other news, John Kelly is leaving and the environment is still disintegrating around us. Mondays, amirite?
