The 41-year-old ex-pro skateboarder has been booked on two assault charges after allegedly punching his girlfriend in the head.

He was sentenced to five years in prison in 2023 for his involvement in an assault that resulted in the death of a fellow skateboarder.

Kennedy was once a member of Pharrell's Billionaire Boys Club and appeared in Snoop Dogg's 'Drop It Like It's Hot' video.

The news of his death comes days after Josiah was attacked at an Oakbrook Terrace motel,  where he suffered a fractured skull and a concussion.
