The first part of Carhartt WIP’s Spring collection has just arrived at Ulverston’s finest outdoor store, Working Class Heroes.

With the current weather serving up some of the windiest conditions these shores have ever seen, Carhartt WIP’s drop arrives at exactly the right time – providing that much sought-after strong blue collar valour and the perfect pieces for the transitional conditions.

Featuring some strong new iterations of their iconic Michigan and Detroit silhouettes, featuring a pigment dye for a soft wash and colouration, offer pops of colour alongside an array of technical features. Handwarmer pockets, a zippered chest pocket and an internal patch pocket, along with a full-zip front, snap-up cuffs and hem and a woven logo patch to the chest, making it the perfect mid-layer piece in the current climate.

The rest of the collection includes their corduroy Harlem Cap, a vast range of their denim and work pants  made from a comfortable yet durable blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton in their ‘Denison’ twill, with bartack stitching at vital stretch points for added resistance. The trousers have a zip and clip fly and a four pocket design, with branding consisting of a woven logo patch to the rear. These are a relaxed tapered fit, casual and comfy.

To round of the release, Carhartt WIP deliver a run of shirts and both plain and patterned tees and staple sweats, which are spotlighted in a new lookbook from the store that you can take in below.
