For BAPE®️’s latest collaboration, the iconic streetwear label teams up with Parisian label A.P.C on an expansive “interaction” that encompasses their individual identities and creative history.

Founded in Paris by Jean Touitou in 1987, A.P.C is renowned for its understated, youthful elegance and impressive fit, along with its clean lines and minimalist seasonal collections. Arguably one of the first fashion brands to spearhead the fast-growing market gap between streetwear and high fashion, having been introduced to BAPE®️ during its formative years by Hiroshi Fujiwara, Touitou soon found a fascination; a fascination which would lend itself to the duo’s contemporary “interaction.”

Describing the collision of the two brands, Touitou said: “This interaction was a chance for me to play with some of the cult elements of our respective brands: camouflage, denim, of course, and especially Baby Milo, a sincere character that seems like a perfect choice to boost our morale after these pandemic times.”

The resulting collection—set to release next week—is a meticulous collection which celebrates the famed staples of each imprint through eclectic camouflage apparel, interesting stonewash finishes and graphic T-shirts dressed with playful prints.

Get a closer look at the collection in the shots below and cop the “interaction” via the A.P.C webstore from September 3.
