Nottingham-based menswear label Universal Works is celebrating its 15-year legacy this Spring/Summer 2024 season. For its latest collection, the brand has emphasised the Soul part of its mantra, representing the essence from which the inspiration to craft its clothing emanates.

Launched back in 2009 with the objective of instilling a sense of well-being through the act of dressing good, the SS24 line-up looks to combat the increasing demand of the digital world by highlighting the need of physical connection, touch, feel and beauty in the lives of everyday people.

Featuring a selection of reimagined Universal Works staples, the collection itself presents a tactile assortment of earthy and soulful materials, made up of waffles, towelings, slub cottons and seersuckers in a meditative colour palette of natural hues. Here, the palette, texture and overall sentiment transcend mere inspiration or cultural influences, emanating from a profound soulful source, encapsulating, much like life's finest aspects, a deep sense of authenticity and intrinsic connection.
