Nottingham-based label Universal Works has teamed up for a second collaboration with Saucony for Fall/Winter 2023.

Taking on Saucony’s Jazz NXT sneaker, the partnership arrives as part of the Future Friendship Project, an initiative that brings together brands and companies that share a similar ethos.

Readied in two monochromatic and earthy shades of cream and brown, the co-branded silhouette has been crafted from a rich, textural, hairy suede.

Made with a tonal rubber sole, each style features a playfully stitched interpretation of Saucony’s iconic logo, as well as a branded tongue, and a hand-stitched UW motif on the shoe’s toe cap.

“This year is a special one for us,” says Rob Griffiths, brand president at Saucony. “It’s a chance to reflect on the achievements of the past 125 years and to celebrate our relentless dedication to innovation, culture and authenticity. Like us, Universal Works is dedicated to creating something authentic that enables individuals to live and feel better, and we wanted to embody this when we joined forces to create this sneaker. You can see Saucony’s heritage and innovation throughout, met with Universal Work’s contemporary aesthetic, to create a truly modern classic.”

You can cop the Saucony x Universal Works collaboration from September 7 on the Saucony and Universal Works webstores, as well as at selected international retailers.
