Key Pieces: Custom jewelry by Alex Moss and Ben Baller, vintage workwear, custom BMW E30 convertible, and a Louis Vuitton bike

The first video that Tyler, the Creator kicked off his recent string of visuals with was “Dogtooth.” The video sees Tyler move between various locations of a spacious warehouse lot. True to the location, many of his outfits feature traditional blue-collar garb like padded vests, flannel shirts, hunting caps with floppy ears, and crackled brown leather flight jackets with shearling collars that anyone could easily replicate on a budget with a quick trip to their nearest thrift or surplus store. A keen eye may have also noticed some of the unreleased pieces from his Golf le Fleur clothing line he was wearing such as a graphic T-shirt of a poodle that he hinted would drop soon a few days later. Tyler’s modes of transportation are a bit more luxurious than his wardrobe. He does donuts in a BMW E30 convertible customized with seafoam green interior, blows up an old Rolls-Royce, and even pedals around on a Louis Vuitton bicycle. But when it comes to his style, the standout shot from the “Dogtooth” video has to be his flaunting his various gold and diamond chains that include a giant pendant of his Igor character’s head by Ben Baller reportedly worth $275,000 and a bellhop hanging from a colorful gumball chain by Alex Moss worth an estimated $500,000, which he debuted 2021 BET Awards. “That’s a lotta mothafuckin’ necklace.” —Mike DeStefano

Key Pieces: Supreme Fall/Winter 2008 “94 Posse” 5-Panel, Golf “Flognaw Motors” Flames Button-Up, and a mohair Golf le Fleur cardigan

Tyler, the Creator’s “Sorry Not Sorry” video was a journey through all of Tyler’s eclectic style eras. Tyler’s outfits aptly match the song’s introspective lyrics, which has Tyler apologizing to everyone he’s ever wronged throughout his career inside a theater that seems to vaguely reference Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio. A Bastard-era fit captures Tyler wearing the same vintage Tommy Hilfiger long-sleeve and Supreme “Posse” 5-panel he was frequently seen in during the Odd Future mixtape days. Of course, the famous green ski mask from Goblin’s Wolf Haley persona and Tyler’s striped Golf Wang outfit from the Wolf era are also seen. The video’s last looks aptly reference Cherry Bomb, Flower Boy, and Call Me If You Get Lost, with the same Golf or Golf le Fleur pieces Tyler wore during those respective album rollouts. —Lei Takanashi

Key Pieces: Curves by Sean Brown CD Rug, Atlanta Braves green fitted hat, LV luggage, Lacoste windbreaker, Black Ivy: A Revolt in Style book, brown LV Ranger Derbys, Golf le Fleur puffer jacket, Goyard ring box

“Wharf Talk” concluded with Tyler packing up and hitting the open sea. But before that, we see Tyler sit down to a picnic for one. He’s layering a sky blue Lacoste windbreaker over a forest green one. But the most notable piece of this outfit has to be his hat. Usually donning a logo cap from his own brand, or a furry ushanka on occasion, this time we see him opt for a green Atlanta Braves fitted cap. The next few key items make their way on screen as Tyler begins to pack his bags. A The Love Below CD rug from Curves by Sean Brown is laid out on the floor. We also get a close-up look at some of his reading material, Black Ivy: A Revolt in Style, a book published in 2021 about how Black culture adopted and reinvented classic prep and Ivy fashion. Later on, we see him scaling a mountainside in an outfit highlighted by a pair of brown leather Louis Vuitton Ranger Derbys and a pink Golf le Fleur puffer coat. As has become customary, there’s plenty of expensive luggage trunks on display here too to match the world traveler persona that Tyler has taken on to promote his latest work. The final eye-catching piece in “Wharf Talk” comes by way of Tyler’s good friend ASAP Rocky, who holds up a Goyard ring box as he raps his feature verse. Key Items: Goyard Cassette Trunk Bag, Polo Ralph Lauren Fair Isle V-Neck knit sweater, and a Golf le Fleur “F*” fitted hat

One of the more bare-bones music videos to release during the Estate Sale rollout was the visual for “Heaven To Me.” A flip of John Legend’s 2006 track “Heaven,” Tyler sampled the Kanye West–produced instrumental to go on a proper victory lap. While bragging about his recent success into a mic in a beautiful private studio, Tyler truly pulled out some of his most dapper wares. A green Goyard Cassette Trunk Bag makes a subtle appearance. T’s main outfit consists of a Polo Ralph Lauren Fair Isle V-Neck knit sweater, a Lacoste polo shirt, a Golf le Fleur fitted cap, and some brown Golf le Fleur Tassel Loafers. The video is also filled with tons of throwback pictures to sync with the lyrics. When Tyler starts rapping about what he defined as heaven when he was 16, he shows pictures of himself wearing a Supreme Eagle Patch 5-Panel from the label’s Fall/Winter 2009 collection, a Pegleg T-shirt from 2007, Reebok Ice Cream sneakers, and a SpongeBob SquarePants watch that was exclusively sold at Burger King in 2004. Clearly, with the amount of success Tyler has achieved, he’s truly living in heaven right now. —Lei Takanashi

Key Items: Cartier Crash watch, blue floral shirt, luxury luggage, Golf le Fleur hat, Golf le Fleur French Waltz fragrance

For his most recent release, Tyler decided to buck the trend of only releasing visuals for Estate Sale tracks and take it back to the original tracklist for a “Hot Wind Blows” video. We join the artist and some of his closest friends on his trip to Geneva, Switzerland. Golf hats, gold teeth, and expensive luggage trunks are here, as they usually are. We also get a good look at a Cartier Crash watch on Tyler’s wrist, one of the many valuable vintage watches in his collection. And we mean valuable. Last year, one of the timepieces that looks like it was ripped out of a Salvador Dali painting sold at auction for $1.5 million. He makes sure to sneak in some crafty product placement by smiling beside a bottle of his fragrance, French Waltz. Tyler and company even rip through the water in a speedboat complete with a chess set on board in one scene. It’s opulence, baby. —Mike DeStefano
