Earlier today, Daniel Halpin, aka TOK, aka "king of taggers", was found guilty of seven counts of criminal damage (or graffiti attacks) all across England. Prosecutor Hugo Lodge told a jury, "He is no Banksy. He doesn't have the artistic skills, so he has to get his tag up as much as possible." Apparently prosecutors have the right and knowledge to judge street art now.
