Todd McLellan presents a series that has a simple concept, yet makes for incredibly interesting images. For his "Things Come Apart" project, the artist disassembles every day objects. Then, he either neatly arranges the parts or leaves them as scattered messes. It's a project that explores the notion of breaking down life to basic components. He is the one taking apart the objects and photographing their pieces, giving him an intimate knowledge of their inner workings. Below is a video detailing his process.
