In an attempt to maintain its reputation as the digital go-to source for Fashion Week coverage, Style.com has unveiled a slew of updates and additions to its website today. And it’s clear the 14-year-old web publication wasn’t afraid to go all out: We’re talking new channels, an improved layout, and expanded news coverage that highlights fashion’s impact on our everyday lives.

“When Style.com launched, we were the first site to take readers behind the closed doors of the fashion industry,” editor-in-chief Dirk Standen says. “Since then, fashion has gone from being a cult interest centered on the shows to becoming a global entertainment phenomenon on a level with music and movies. With the new Style.com, our aim is to take the same speed and authority we've always brought to our runway and trend coverage and use it to explore fashion’s vibrant, dynamic, and proliferating cultural influence."

Corresponding with NYFW, the relaunch introduces a new site design that features power search tools, a centralized feed with intuitive navigation, and improved shareability on all content. It’s faster, sleeker, and a hell of a lot more convenient.

But that’s not all. On Tuesday, Style.com editor Katharine Zarrella and Yahoo Style editor-in-chief Joe Zee will host “Yahoo Style Presents Live from New York Fashion Week with Style.com,” providing six hours of live commentary and interviews straight from Lincoln Center.

The site will also team up with rewardStyle's shoppable Instagram platform, Like to Know It, giving customers the opportunity to instantly purchase select runways looks right after the shows.

Once your head is done spinning, go to Style.com to scope the new design, and get more information on the upcoming features and programs.
