Are you a fan of old-school hip-hop and looking for some new digs in the Brooklyn area? Then take a look at this recently listed Cobble Hill townhouse owned by Mike D of the Beastie Boys.

Located at 148 Baltic St., this 3,200-square-foot home has been put on the market for $5.6 million. We first got a glimpse of the space back in 2013, when Mike D and his wife, Tamra Davis, gave the New York Timesan inside look at the property. According to Corcoran, the couple’s $500,000 renovation project resulted in a pretty epic home, complete with five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a media room, a satellite kitchen, and an open dinning room. But the X factor of this property has to be the spacious backyard, which inspired Mike D to call the space “the suburban dream in Brooklyn.”
