Orley made this chunky ass knit cardigan just in time for you to buy it and stand in your air conditioned apartment and marvel at how amazing you look. Yeah, it's starting to get hot outside, but you know what? Growing up we never had central air or even those shitty boxes you put in your windows. I'd always complain about how it was too hot to fall asleep and my dad would just be like, "If you're hot, take your shirt off." Obviously, that really never helped the situation. So now I make sure my apartment is, like, 40 degrees at all times. One time my girlfriend tried to make the whole "what about the environment?" argument and I was like, "THE POLAR BEARS CAN COME HANG OUT WITH US IN THIS EXTREMELY COOL AND COMFORTABLE APARTMENT IF THEY WANT." Which conveniently brings me back to this cardigan: You can put it on Mr. Rogers style when you get home because your apartment is 30 degrees cooler than the ambient temperature outside.
