New York Fashion Week is upon us, which for some of us at Complex means scouting out new trends and seeing dope collections from our favorite menswear designers. (Check out the 5 brands we're looking forward to seeing this week).

For those of us going to the events though, one of our favorite things to do besides look at the clothes is check out the—ahem—talent present at the shows. Each season means a slew of editors, bloggers, models, and PR flacks are dressed to the nines and looking their flyest. So here's our tribute to the women who bring it on a regular basis. These are the 25 Female Fashion Insiders We Have A Crush On.

Position: Senior Fashion Editor of Marie Claire

Why we cosign: She nails the details on the regular, looks damn good in a dress, and isn't afraid to wear bold prints. That's swag.

Position: National Correspondent, InStyle Magazine

Why we cosign: Ms. Beauchamp is the epitome of beauty and class, and a very accomplished writer. Working for the likes of Vibe, Seventeen, Suede, and Ebony. She's intellectual and has great style.

Position: Public Relations Director, Michael Bastian

Why we cosign: She's the woman in charge of one of the most relevant menswear designers right now, so she always looks on-point. You kind of have to when you roll to awards ceremonies on the regular. Plus, imagine the employee discount she could net you on some of Bastian's amazing-yet-pricey pieces.

Position: Fashion Writer, Vogue

Why we cosign: Chioma does bold right, consistently. Whether it's a camo bag, a plaid jacket, a wide-brim hat, or bright pants, she is always stuntin'.

Why we cosign: A woman that knows style and sports? ESPN's first-ever fashion editor is on the crush list of numerous guys, they just didn't know she was real until now.

Why we cosign: This New York-based menswear designer puts out collections that are simple, not too dressed up, and comfortable. Sounds like she knows what guys want.

Why we cosign: Despite the fact that she's a solid 10, we are so down with a woman that prefers to listen to "Otis" during a photoshoot.

Why we cosign: She's not afraid of much, style-wise. Plus, her editorials (which can be seen in her portfolio) show she's got a pretty good eye. And we love a woman with great taste.

Why we cosign: Eunice knows how to make a man look good. Her slim cut chinos and quality shirts keep bringing all the boys to the yard—or at the very least Nolita. She's dedicated to her craft and definitely knows her shit, which makes us crush on her even more.

Position: Global Fashion Director, W Hotels

Why we cosign: We dig women that can get us into all the dopest parties, and Jenné Lombardo is a huge influencer. She was one of the people behind the successful M.A.C. at Milk venues for New York Fashion Week. Her new position with W Hotels already has her staging some big events for this year's Fashion Next program. Sign us up for a backstage pass.

Why we cosign: Something about cultured British girls just really does it for us. Plus, considering she's about a year and some change into motherhood, she still looks stunning.

Position: Buyer, Opening Ceremony

Why we cosign: We're huge fans of her quirky sense of style which fits into her day job as a buyer for Opening Ceremony.

Position: Fashion Director, Revolve

Why we cosign: This Filipina started out in editorial gigs for mags like Lucky, and now she's in charge of every single piece of clothing for one of the largest e-commerce fashion sites. We love a woman in power.

Why we cosign: Her tomboy style makes it look like she can roll with the guys, but details like bright lipstick remind us of that moment when you realize the girl next door is now a real woman.

Why we cosign: Besides the fact that she's a total bombshell, Kate Davidson Hudson is a beauty with a heart of gold. She's regularly spotted at charity events for different causes, and always looks on-point, of course.

Why we cosign: When you're calling the clothing-related shots at a publication with as much heritage as Vanity Fair, there's no doubt that your taste is impeccable. And despite her high-profile gig, she still looks mad pretty in a T-shirt and jeans.

Why we cosign: What dude wouldn't want to cuff a chick who knows cuffs? Her accessory game is on-point, and chances are good she wouldn't frown on your shoe game. In fact, she could probably give you a few pointers.

Why we cosign: Goddamn you half-Japanese girls. This blogger started out selling vintage wares via eBay and her blog before modeling in campaigns for brands like RVCA, Ralph Lauren, and Revolve. Despite that, she still finds time to post photos of herself in an array of killer 'fits... and we thank her for it.

Position: Editor, Wonderland Magazine

Why we cosign: Her big hair, ability to look impeccable in shades (and well, anything really), and fearless sense of style have a very special place in our hearts, and tumblr feeds, for that matter.

Position: Television presenter, contributor at British Vogue.

Why we cosign: Ms. Chung is newly single and can regularly be seen stalking NYC streets in anything from a pair of overalls to a pair of skinny jeans and a cropped blazer. Her style and bubbly personality are enough to make us swoon, but those eyes and that accent definitely seal the deal.
