The big news of the week has got to be the resignation of Steve Jobs, and the ensuing stock panic of Apple shares, which thankfully seem to have stabilized. Speaking of protecting investments, there's so much crap out there to wade through when it comes to finding covers for often-used Apple gear like notebooks, iPhones, and iPads.

Black rabbit fur with a magnetic-fastening flap top, zipped sides with ball-chain zip pulls, fully lined in black leather with a magnetic tab to secure your iPad. It's not cheap for sure, but it's baller as hell.

Japanese design concept brand METAPHYS is about to drop this case. Made of either stainless steel or titanium and ultra thin at just 0.5mm, it's designed to offer maximum protection and minimal bulk.
