Yesterday, Apple CEO Tim Cook testified on behalf on the multinational tech monolith in defense of their taxes, and the various ways they've found to avoid them. Boring stuff aside, we were instantly captivated by Cook's perfectly-dimpled terrible silk blue tie. Which, as you might note, is a change from what Cook generally looks like when he's blowing up the spot. It got us wondering: When else in history have people looked really awful during a congressional hearing? As it turns out, plenty of people (namely, every single Congressman in office today), many of whom simply paired their outfits to their even worse testimonies. Above, we've done our best to choose the best of the worst. Enjoy, and try not to perjure yourself in the process.
