After an epic year of collaborations, Stüssy definitely saved one of the best for last. The California-based streetwear heavyweight has teamed up with Patta to release a new collection.
The two originally came together from opposite ends of the world after the Amsterdam-based brand Patta started stocking Stüssy. The two formed a relationship built on their shared interest in art, music, and classic sportswear. They eventually partnered on some smaller collaborative projects and a capsule that released last year.
Now, the brands have teamed up on a full range of trippy gear that seriously channels the '90s. Pieces like colorful patched denim, graphic tees, fuzzy sweaters and tracksuits make up the nostalgia-inducing collection that reflects both brands' mantras. Images like the smiley references their deep roots in music, while the map represents a world-wide tribe of like-minded people.
The Stüssy x Patta collection will be available at Stüssy New York and Patta Amsterdam on Dec. 12. A global release will follow online and at Stüssy chapter stores, and Patta stockists on Dec. 18.
