For Reina, the truth is covered in a blood red veil, showing a world far from reality. He champions the idea that "every single event is buried under a mountain of lies." It may be dark and even slightly depressing, but the attention to detail in his work is so spectacular that we imagine one can gather a variety of interpretations, regardless.
