Out of all of the art events that happened this year, the accidentally awful restoration completed by Cecilia Jimenez (titled "Beast Jesus") ranks high among the most hilarious. She didn't stop there, though, and as of yesterday, she's sold a painting on eBay after 52 bids titled Las Bodegas de Borja. It went for $1,080, and the proceeds are going to the Catholic charity Caritas. Shouldn't they go toward the costs of restoring the Beast Jesus? Discuss.
