"Drunk J. Crew," our new favorite Tumblr, has a very simple, yet hilarious premise: "Ever notice how drunk the models for J. Crew are?" And now you will never be able to look at a J. Crew catalog or ad again without wondering how much the models were throwing back before stepping in front of the lens.
The Tumblr page merely takes actual pictures from J. Crew's website and adds text of what the wasted model in the picture is probably thinking/saying. They are, at the very least, familiar thoughts and actions any over-imbiber has had at one point or another, like the model who is so excited because "IT IS BURRITO TIME," or the girl who doesn't look so good and is gonna "barfed." Best is the woman slumped against the wall ready to share her drunken epiphany if only she could get past "yoo guys, jyoo know what?"
Tumblr has consistently provided a platform for these types of absurd combinations, like when an artist blended IKEA's catalog with pre-16th century art, or when someone turned the sun into Wu-Tang logo.
