The debut issue of CR Men's Book, the for-guys offshoot of former French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld's highly-respected CR Fashion Book, is shaping up incredibly. The publication has already previewed features with Jaden Smith talking about his Einstein and Basquiat-inspired clothing line, model-of-the-moment Lucky Blue, and now it's teasing a sexy spread with Kate Upton.
Since the male models cast in the debut issue of CR Men's Book are meant to represent traditional archetypes for men, Roitfeld went with a woman she believes these types of men lust after. "Kate has always been everything I love," Roitfeld says. "She is the opposite of me—a Marilyn of today. For my new CR Men's Book, she represents different types of beauty and the sexual fantasies of all men." Upton plays the role of the modern-day pin-up girl in the shoot. The model also appeared on the cover of CR Fashion Book's first issue after it re-launched in 2012.
Look for the first issue of CR Men's Book to hit newsstands on Sept. 10.
