PacSun, ever the place for weird celebrity collaborations, now has a lawsuit on its hands thanks to their collection done in partnership with Kendall and Kylie Jenner, according to Page Six.

Island Company, a clothing brand based in Florida, has filed a lawsuit against both the sisters and PacSun over copying. But not any of the designs or shit like that. Island Company is claiming that the partnership ripped off a slogan and tagline to go along with the collection. Island Company's says that its signature catchphrase, "Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return," was jacked and put on a shirt in the Jenner PacSun collection as "Run away. Fall in love. Never return." Holy shit, I didn't realize you could copyright corniness. This changes everything. I should have been down at the patent offices filing claims for all my wackness all along.

Apparently, Island Company thinks that this very similar tagline will cause irreparable harm to its image and impact its business, but considering I'd never heard of Island Company until the Jenners supposedly fucked them over, I'd say they should probably just let this one slide. A win is a win.
