The Most Expensive Sneakers Of The Past Ten Years

None

The sneaker reselling game is very real. So real, in fact, that it has essentially spawned sneaker reseller spots like Flight Club, which take those brand new, never worn, limited edition sneakers and sell them on your behalf, taking a cut of the sale price in the process. If you pay any attention whatsoever to the sneaker world, you know the absolutely bonkers prices some of these pairs can fetch. On that note, Complex Sneakers teamed up with Flight Club to document the ten most expensive pairs it has sold for each of the past ten years. The results are pretty damn impressive, or completely insane, depending on your point of view (read: how butthurt you may or may not be after missing out on the latest drop). What is clear is that prices have continued to rise over the decade. The Undefeated Jordan IVs that went for $5,000 in 2006 continued to rise until a pair sold for $15,000 last year. Thankfully, sneakerheads don't care about things like education since that's roughly a year's worth of state school tuition on your feet. You can, of course, see the Air Yeezys sprinkled throughout the years as well as the coveted pairs of custom Nikes that the University of Oregon athletes receive and super special edition OVO Jordans as well. Sneaker game brazy.
