It's the story that keeps getting bigger and bigger.

BreatheHeavy.com, the site that posted allegedly unretouched photos from Justin Bieber's Calvin Klein shoot, has retracted its story. This comes after Bieber's legal team threatened the website with a defamation case and demanded that the photos be taken down, as well as an admission that the "unretouched" photos were actually fake, TMZ reports.

After reports of the lawsuit started circulating, it took only a couple hours for BreatheHeavy.com to release a statement apologizing to Bieber for the fake photos. "Bieber denies the photo is real, and I respect that and will believe him," the website writes

Count this as a win for the Beliebers, who received a personal apology from BreatheHeavy.com. Now if only there was something they could do about that pesky Lara Stone
