UK's Folk and Japanese brand Hobo, which is known for making great carriers and accessories, collaborated on a line of bags. During a special event at Unionmade's Los Angeles location, attendees will get the chance to meet Folk founder Cathal McAteer, see the bags in person, and receive an exclusive, complimentary T-shirt with any purchase of Folk apparel.

The line of bags combines the technical fabrics from Folk's outerwear with Hobo's different models—a daypack, a shoulder bag, and what is essentially a fanny pack the two brands have dubbed a "waist bag." Folk used waterproof fabric specially developed for the brand on all three styles, which come in either bright blue, graphite, or yellow and blue print called "Amber." Unionmade will have a small run of the Japan-exclusive product available.

The event takes place at Unionmade's The Grove location, 189 The Grove Dr. in Los Angeles, from 6 to 9 p.m. on Oct. 23.
