Charlie Sheen tweeted recently that he and his porn star girlfriend were officially husband and wife. It turns out that was a joke, but he did have her tag along while he got a new tattoo in honor of his kids...at least that's what we think it's for. The tattoo features a safety pin, some kind of badge, a moon, initials, and some other stuff. Here is the exact explanation that Sheen gave on Twitter:

Uh...yeah. TMZ was able to decypher that the "E" is for Eloise who is the adopted daughter of Denise Richardson, which makes her the "adopted step sis" of his children Sam and Lola. They also say that the safety pin equals Brett, though we're not sure how they got that from the letter "S" and a heart.
