New things are brewing for Jeremy Scott. The designer has been named the creative director of Italian high fashion label Moschino, Style.com is reporting. You're already familiar with Scott for his eponymous label, his work with adidas Originals, and being good friends with A$AP Rocky and Rihanna, but he will release his first collection with Moschino for its fall/winter 2014 runway show.

Scott—who used to be an intern at Moschino's press offices when he was in school at Pratt—sees his transition to designing for Moschino as seamless. "I was really excited. For me, one of the key elements of Moschino is humor. It’s one of the few houses that has humor, and it’s the same thing for me," he said.

And the brand is equally excited to have Scott board and ready to break out his funky and tongue-in-cheek designs. "I am enthusiastic about this significant change, as our goal is to inject new energy into our Group in keeping with the changes already in place with other Aeffe brands such as Philosophy, Emanuel Ungaro, Pollini, and Cédric Charlier," Aeffe chairman Massimo Ferretti said.

Moschino is known for loud prints but only makes women's clothing, so either dudes are going to have to up their unisex clothing game, or miss out on Scott's latest designs. This didn't stop Danny Brown from loving the label when he was growing up.
