Archival Clothing had Crescent Down Works make them some of their best in class down vests. I’m a big fan of Champion hoodies, down vests, baggy jeans and some Nike ACG boots for fall/winter, especially when the down vest features a worsted wool knit collar, two-way zipper and a waxed cotton/nylon shell. They even made the vests in the two colors that should be overrepresented in everyone’s closet: navy and olive drab. The only other color I’d make a vest in? Burnt Sienna. I can’t actually remember what "Burnt Sienna" looks like, but that name really stuck with me since the last time I bought a box of crayons.
