We're into rehabbed buildings. Especially when they become amazing apartment complexes. Down in Melbourne, Australia, ITN Architects has transformed a former Catholic Technical College into two, three story warehouse apartments. Each has an upper deck and balcony, and both employs a mix of old and new materials. The results are raw, rugged, and above all, damn charming.
