Last night, the British luxe brand launched its first Burberry flagship store in Taiwan. Located in the Taipei 101 mall, the biggest store in the Asia Pacific region, the event kicked off the first Burberry World Live event—a live event concept which will tour cities globally including London, Hong Kong, and Chicago later this year.
The event is a digital and multi-sensory experience which was broadcast in Taipei's Burberry Retail Theater into the store’s exterior and interior screens.
"It was incredibly exciting to be able to tell our story of British heritage, weather, music and fashion in this way for the first time against the vibrant backdrop of Taipei—we can’t wait to evolve Burberry World Live further as it tours cities around the globe later this year,” says Burberry Chief Creative Officer, Christopher Bailey.
