If you're familiar with the 550 Maranello, the 612 Scaglietti, and the 360 Modena, then you should know the name Lorenzo Ramaciotti. He's the man behind the designs of these beautiful vehicles, and his work will soon be seen in a Chrysler or Lancia near you.
The 63-year-old retired in '05, but was drawn back into the craft he loves in '07 to head Fiat's design team. Now, he has been tasked with essentially creating uniform models for Chryslers and Lancias in attempt to drive down expenses and congregate the two companies on the same plain.
According to Motor Authority, Ramaciotti will be "trying to find an international language, which could have a place both here in Italy and in the U.S."
