Fiji Airways has a new look, a new logo, and a revamped livery designed to spread the island nation's character around the globe.
A full re-brand of Fiji Airways is in motion for 2013. The idea is to transform the entire livery into a proud symbol that stands out in airports around the world, and become essentially a "Flying Ambassador." The new branding was created by Fijian Masi artist Makeretra Matemosi, who provides a distinctive Teteva Masi—representing the friendliness of Fijians' and their caring nature. The aircraft engines carry a Rova symbol, a warm greeting Fijians extend to visitors. These patterns extend into the cabin, where business class seats come with distinctive, Fijian pillows.
