The Southern Bangkok Criminal Court will arraign Vorayuth Yoovidhya, 28, the son of a Red Bull executive, on three charges involving the Sep. 8 crash of his $350,000 Ferrari FF into a police motorcycle that killed the rider. Prosecutors have said they will indict Vorayuth on manslaughter and hit-and-run charges. This is one problem he can’t fly away from.
