The 2003 Cadillac Sixteen was one of the most highly-anticipated concepts of the past few decades. Its styling was masculine without being totally overpowering and the lines were reminiscent of big-body, pre-war Cadillacs.
To the disappointment of car fans everywhere, the mighty Sixteen was never built. In fact, only a single example exists of this extraordinary vision in motoring.
This past Sunday, at Eyes On Design in Detroit, the lone Sixteen (which, naturally, boasts a massive V16) made a rare public appearance and even drove across the lawn.
Build the damn thing already, Cadillac. We love it.
