It's only a matter of time before Stephen Curry starts attempting halfcourt shots, every now and then, in NBA games. Back in December, ESPN.com's Ethan Sherwood Strauss told Zach Lowe on his podcast that Curry has been working with his trainer Brandon Payne and practicing the shot during his pre-game workout.
The practice seems to be paying off because, prior to Monday's contest against the Atlanta Hawks, Steph was spotted taking six shots at the team's halfcourt logo and sinking five of them.
That's 83 percent from midcourt! There are players in the league who wish they could shoot that percentage from the charity stripe. *cough Andre Drummond cough* *cough DeAndre Jordan cough*
