Whenever you play up close and personal defense in basketball, there's one thing you need to watch out for: those damn elbows! Miami Heat point guard Goran Dragic tried to get into the grill of Al Horford when the Atlanta Hawks center delivered a quick elbow that caught Dragic right in the mouth.
And just in case you thought Goran was flopping for a call, dude got a blood full of mouth and a tooth(!) to prove you wrong.
