The Italian police polizia were driving around struggle city with their outdated Lamborghini Gallardos, so the Italian supercar manufacturer had to hook them up with the new hotness: a 610-horsepower Huracan.
Lamborghini CEO Stefan Winkelmann handed over the keys to the polizia today to replace the Gallardo that's been in commission since 2008 and has racked up more than 86,000 miles. The polizia will still keep the Gallardo, but it'll turn in its gun and badge and retire to a museum.
The strangest feature of the Huracan is a refrigerator meant to transport organs. It also has a defibrillator in the trunk and a radar that can send speed and license plate info in real time. Of course, we can't forget the 5.2-liter, V10 engine. That's also pretty rad.
