According to 105.3 The Fan's Mike Fisher, Cowboys cornerback Marquez White has been charged with second-degree aggravated assault with a deadly weapon:

As for details, Dallas Newssays that the event in question took place in October after White pulled a gun out during a confrontation spurred on by road rage. On his private Instagram account, White stated that he encountered an "aggressive driver" while getting off the tollway. He says that that driver followed him closely, pulled up next to him, and leveled threats while calling him racial slurs. White says that the driver "began to reach towards his glove box" which is why he says he reached for his weapon.
As per his telling of the events, he says the driver followed him home and called the cops. Police did not arrest him at the time, but White says he learned in June that there was a felony warrant for his arrest. In what (on the surface) appears to be an odd reference to the team he's signed to, White said he and his lawyers "believe strongly that this [is] a personal attack on my image as well as the Star."
White was taken out of Florida State by the Cowboys in the sixth round of the 2017 draft. He spent last year on the practice squad and signed a futures contract this past January. White is currently free after posting $7,500 bond.
