Though he didn't mention a specific name (like, say, this guy's) Philadelphia 76ers coach Brett Brown reportedly made it quite clear that he thinks the organization needs to add a top-tier free agent to turn the squad into a championship caliber team.
Speaking to media on Friday during the season-ending press conference, Brown stated: "At some point, when the time is right, I think we need help to win a championship. If that's the goal - and for me and us it is - then that's the answer I give." Derek Bodner of The Athletic adds that the five-year coach also said: "I think another high level free-agent is required [to win a championship]. I think we have the ability to attract one."
